I watched the quick promotional video on People for the new and upcoming TV show on Abby and Brittany Hensel, conjoined twins.
Watching a few minutes of that video, I decided to watch that show when it begins to air. These girls are intelligent, pretty, and have a zest for life that is pleasant and inspiring to watch.
I am happy that they – as conjoined twins – have found an outlet, such as a reality show. Even being a “normal” kid, I’m sure every single one of my followers, like myself, got picked on as youngsters.. and you know as well as I do…it’s not fun.
I can only hope that folks were kinder, gentler, and nicer to these girls. Having a physical disposition or shape that is different, or more unique than the rest of the population poses it’s challenges. But, folks, don’t dig your heads in the sand. These challenges exist for many people. So, for people such as Abby and Brittany that can handle such daily challenges and yet make lemonade ..and that make us smile and inspire us…
Well, all I can say is… hat’s off to you..
